Setup Student Mailbox Account (MAC)

Please follow the instructions to setup your account following the new way with delegation. Direct access is no longer permitted for security.

1- From the toolbar navigate to Tools / Accounts

2- Select the – button to logout form the account

3- Select Sign Out

4- Now sign back in using your personal @ucdavis.edu.

also, if you are a new hire please start here!

5- Select Add Email Account

6- Add your Email Address and select continue

7- A new box will appear check your email and type your password

8- Authenticate using Duo

Now that you have authenticated, unlike windows mac doesn’t have Auto Mapping. You will need to add every mailbox needed manually, following these steps

1- Navigate to File / Open / Shared Mailbox

2- A dialog box will open, type the mailbox then once it populates select Add

Follow the same setups to add all mailboxes needed.

Once you’re complete, you will see the following mailboxes on the bottom right of your mailbox.
